How We Protect Your Data

Six principles that underpin how bri4d handles every piece of personal information you share with us.

End-to-End Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and bri4d servers is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption. Stored personal data and payment information is encrypted at rest using AES-256, the same standard used by leading international financial institutions.

Purpose Limitation

We collect only the data we genuinely need to operate your bri4d account, process your transactions, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers under any circumstances.

Your Rights, Respected

You have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. bri4d processes all data subject requests within 30 days. Submit your request to [email protected] with your registered account details.

Defined Retention Periods

We keep your data only as long as necessary — account data is retained for the life of the account plus 5 years post-closure for compliance purposes. Transaction records are retained for 7 years per standard financial recordkeeping requirements.

Limited Third-Party Sharing

Your data is shared only with the categories of third parties described in this policy — payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios — all of whom are contractually bound to handle your data to the same standards we apply internally.

Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach that materially affects your personal information, bri4d will notify affected members via their registered email address within 72 hours of discovery, and take immediate steps to contain and remediate the incident.
